I had a wonderful experience at Druid Hills Physical Therapy. I came in with a Cervical Spine injury and my PT Jeff had me work on getting back my range of motion first and then incorporated strength training into the sessions. He designed the... program based on my main goal to be able to go back to playing hockey and he modified the program along the way based on my progress. I am very happy to say that I am pain free now. He also tailored some warmup exercises for me to use in my daily routine that will help me maintain my health and strength.
